An Error that causes the production application to not operate and has a critical impact on Customer's business operations. |

An Error that results in a lack of Application functionality and materially degrades significant aspects of Customer’s business operations.

An Error that impairs the performance of the Application but does not substantially affect Customer’s business operations. |
