Severity Level of Incident

Definition

High

An Error that causes the production application to not operate and has a critical impact on Customer's business operations.

Medium

An Error that results in a lack of Application functionality and materially degrades significant aspects of Customer’s business operations.

 

Low

An Error that impairs the performance of the Application but does not substantially affect Customer’s business operations.
